Looking for a part time job and wondering if this is a scam or not...?

Here is the e-mail I was sent:

Thanks for your mail..I am from Williamsport Pa.I would love to meet up with you to talk about this job but I am currently away on business. I am in Australia so there will be no interview. However, I have to be sure you can handle this. I work in real estate. I will provide you access to a shopping card/giftcard to do my shopping and my UPS account for shipping. I will also have my mails and packages forwarded to your address. I don't need to do any shopping right now so all you have to do is stay at home( your home) and get my mails/packages and then mail them to where I want them mailed to. You don't have to put money out of your pocket all you have to do is have packages shipped to your house then have them picked back up by UPS. All expenses and taxes will be covered by me. Your job is to monitor and handle the process and report back to me. You will work less than 10 hours a month. How much will you charge per month? Are you ok with $350??

If at all if you are interested in computer related programming projects I propose you to be a programmer on freelance sites. Here on these sites the registration is free and they will pay you thru safe escrow for your efforts. You need to have skills, hard work and commitment.

Gosh, that scam is as old as the hills. What you have to ask yourself is why can't this guy have his things shipped to his own address? Maybe there's something illegal in his packages? Run, run away!

This is not only a scam, it is a criminal enterprise. You would be part of an international crime ring if you accepted this "job."
