How can I get some (freelance) graphic & animation jobs to do and earn money?

I am a graphic designer, I do illustrations, visualizations and flash presentations. Are there any forums or groups of graphic outsource agents or business owners who would like to outsource graphic/multimedia jobs to freelancers?

Post on Monster.com, fill out all the stuff and say you want a contract position. That will get you a start. From their you meet people (clients) and hopefully get connections for future jobs.
