Question:
How can I make it so that my e-mails print automatically?

I receive orders by e-mail and would like them to print when they come in. Is there a program that I can use that checks for e-mails every, say 20 minutes and then prints them? What's the best way to do this? Thanks!

It can be done (much easier than above)!

Use Microsoft Outlook (NOT Outlook Express)! You can build a rule which will print out either all of your email or some of it based on rules.

1. Open Outlook and choose Tools and the Rules and Alerts (this is in Outlook 2003, in earlier versions its called the Rules Wizard).

2. Choose to create a new rule and if necessary select to start from a blank rule.

3. Select to check messages when they arrive.

4. As the condition choose 'on this machine only'

5. Go to the next screen and under action choose 'print it'

You can play around with a bit too with exlcusions, etc.

The best way I can think of is to write a CGI ar ASP Page that loads recieves your emails and prints the document.

You also may have to write script to extract only the message for printing axcluding all the mail headers.

There is usually no way to print your e-mails because is someone gets in your e-mail account on an accident, then all are going to print out and someone can show it to everybody espesially if it is a privite e-mail.
