Hey if you already have the domain name and hosting. In my opinion the easiest would be to use a CMS such as Joomla or Wordpress.

These allow you to easily manage and creat content without dealing with any html or coding.

Another option is if your host has a website builder right on it that might be another good alternative.

What I really like about CMS though is that it's free and easy to manage. So if you want to update your website you can easily do so. It's also very expandable and it functions better than html site in my opinion.

You can also generally do it yourself all free if you want. You just need to find a free template online which trust me there are thousands of wordpress and joomla being one of the popular CMS. Then customize the template with simple options in the back and perhaps add your logo in which you can design your self.

The rest is just simple content which can be added in the back end.

You can find many free tutorials and they have tutorials, FAQ right on the site itself of Joomla and wordpress.

You don't really need to purchase tutorial for those since there is so much available you just need to spend some time if you rather have it all in one pack than you might want to look into purchasing tutorials but I personally prefer to just use the free resources.

Please also check out my site:

http://www.findahost.co

I'm creating it to build a community for new web owners with the research I did when trying to find my own hosts.

I'll also shortly be adding free resources such as free books, guides, tutorials on how to get your website up and how to market and promote it.

Check out http://buywebspacetoday.com/ and see the list of recommended web hosts. All of these hosts bundle free website builders. You can design and build your own website easily, right from your browser. So you don't have to install anything on your computer.

As for your domain name, you can use the domain name you already have and connect it with your hosting. To make them work together, do the following:

1. Find out your web host's name servers. These are a pair of Internet addresses, e.g., ns1.host.com and ns2.host.com. Usually these can be found in your control panel.

2. Go to your domain registrar account and edit the name servers. Input the addresses you found in step 1. Wait a few hours while the new addresses propagate, and there you go!
