How can I remove an old Small Business Account without deleting my current email account?

I have a small business account linked to my email account and have searched and searched for ways to remove this account. I do not remember the password as it is from a job 3 years ago. I would like to remove this account due to recent spamming from my accounts being hacked. I have not been able to find a way to do this without removing both accounts...any suggestions?

That's how I ended up in this forum...my issue does not appear on their lists and I cannot find a phone number or email address to contact them directly. Frustrating!

if this is serious enough and you have been unable to separate the two, delete them both

then reestablish a new account that you want
