Networking is your best bet but it still takes awhile. Get involved in the Chamber of Commerce, Rotary clubs, etc. If you are in a small town, join some in bigger cities. You are looking for networks to get your service known. Mailing letters and a sample of your work to schools, churches, and businesses may also be helpful. A web site that is properly marketed, meaning you can't just make one and hope for customers. You can go with a low cost one but make sure you advertise the site on Google etc and work to get top list. The other thing to do is to search out events going on everywhere in your state and contact organizers, they often buy stuff like that to give out. Keep in mind they usually plan things months in advance. Overall talking on a regular basis to people who might use your service. They may not need it now, but they might tell someone that does or remember you later when they do. Look into large businesses with lots of employees like hospitals, city governments, factories. They don't always join the business organizations but they do buy lots of little items to give to employees. You'll have to find out who to talk to but that is where you'll get repeat business and good orders. Community sports org are another easy target. Good luck...

You need to go in person and meet secretaries. Secretaries are the gate-keepers for all organizations. Learn their names. Also, send a postcard or flier with your website address on it to activities/athletic directors at schools and churches. They will pass it along to their coaches. Band and theatre groups are a great way to go, too! Just call the school and ask for the name of the Activities Director, so you know who to address it to. You'll find them in the phone book.
