How to market a convenient store with fast food deli in a poor neigbarhood ?

There is no gaz attached to the conveneint store ... we 've different types of groceries as well as the deli ... the deli is making a lot of fast food types such as nuggets , burger , cheese burgers , burriotos , wings , french fries , onion ring , cheese steak ...etc

2 many appartement comples are in the area but the neiberhood is poor and also there are 2 many factories as well ...

we have a problem that we 've a valero close to our store and it is a potential competitor ! they offer beers and they have gaz ...

we don't have gaz neither beers but we will have the beers with 1 week ...

how can i attract customers ? i have a big benefit which is the fast food and beer is coming soon ..

also almost of ppl living in the area are black customers ...
how to attract them ? what types of beer they do love ? how to let them know i have beers ? what products they also love ? how to market i mean ? also what is the best way to market online ? what types of stuffs they like like tobacco and others ??

You have very little chance of making it work. Get out as soon as possible. They will steel you blind and maybe kill you.
