How do I make a nice & easy ORGANIZATIONAL CHART for under 20 employees without too much drama???

I have to do this all the time, I am a mangement consultant, so here goes......



You can use power point, which has a function in the draw options to draw blocks. You need to enable this function using the View / Toolbars option.



Simply draw the blocks and use connectors.



But when I have to do these things for money I use Visio, this is arguable the best product on the market to do these things. So use Power Point, Word or even Excell, using the stuff I started with (All of them work in the same way) or do it using visio.

You make a big box at the top labelled "ME".



Then 19 boxes underneath labelled employees.



You then draw lines from ME down to "employees".



Then you draw a dotted line going across between the boxes and above the line you write "Decision Maker"



Below the line you write "Decision Cheerers"
