Beware of scams. You want to start something that is free to start.



I started a home based business with a new international company that is 100% free and totally different. It's legitimate and not like anything else around. There is money to be made in affiliate marketing, but to be successful you need to build a large list of loyal customers which will take time.



Also, there are soooo many affiliate products to choose from that you need to promote ( which eats into your profit margin)
