I am working in a pre primary school at Mumbai, and also part time worker of a Pvt.Ltd company.

I REQUIRED A PROJECT REPORT FOR BANK (LOAN PURPOSE) URGENTLY.
Now our Pre-Primary School Situated at a prime location of Mumbai. Our school functional area is rented. Area of our School is only 1000 Square Feet. We have three Class rooms (one is 2nd floor), Reception, Room, Supervisor Room, Kitchen & 2 Bathrooms.

# Our class room size is -12/14 Square Feet -2 and 15/18 Square Feet - 1 rest of place covered for Reception/Kitchen/Bathrooms.


# We have Play Group- 27 Students (Batch One -12 nos and Batch Two -15 nos), Nursery Group -35 Students (Batch One -20 nos and Batch Two -15 nos), , Jr.Kg -16 Students (One Batch) & Sr.Kg - 8 Students (One Batch). Total -87 Students, Batches timing is different -

#This year our total collection is almost - 60 Lakhs (includes other activity like (Dance/Gymnastics/Khatak/Chess/Arts/Drama, Day Care & Pick Up and Drop).

#This year our Exps is almost - 48 Lakhs (includes Rent of Rs.12,00000/- & Building Maintenance -101000/-).

# Now we are planing for next academy year to Buy our own place for School. We are searching for 2500 Sqr.Ft area includes 7 Class Rooms (17/19 Sqr.Ft each class rooms) and Batches also increase from 12 & student -240 nos.

# This Project report for a loan of 5 Cr. (We can easily convert Rent & Building Maintenance as EMI)

So friends please send me your PROJECT REPORT (in the basis of above details) urgently.

Please get into touch with your Chartered Accountant(CA). They are well qualified to do this.



Another alternate is request the Branch Manager of the bank where you are applying for the loan. They know who does this and at what cost. Better this way.



In case you don't know a CA and ready to pay the professional charges - get back to me with your contact details. I will request my CA to approach you and do this.



And please remember - a project report for a loan is not based on the sketchy details you have provided in the question. It requires hugh information from your side.

Huh? i've got have been given no longer learn some thing that accused FOX of being the 1st to document this incorrect suggestion.
