Nobody finances 100% to a start up business and it will cost hundreds of thousands to start even if you rent the space. You have to know much more than any 18 year old knows to succeed at this. First construction then business management, HR, and how the restaurant industry works. First start aggressively saving your money, buy a home, learn to remodel your own home. Build a deck and a fence, remodel a kitchen and bath, lay some tile, gather tools and skills. Mean while take college classes in business and hospitality and work in restaurants both the seating area and kitchen and also in the office. It will take you many years to get the skills but by then your savings will be enough to give it a shot. You will also know people who you would want to work for you.

Go to the bank you use and talk to them about investors.
