Free Business Email Hosting?

Question

I am running a start up business but have the cheesy email service that comes with the free hosting I have. I wanted to know if anybody knows of any free business email hosting services. I am expanding my company and want to be able to issue email addresses to my employees (right now I have 10 employees but only have 5 emails I can give out)
Here's what I would want:
-Decent storage
-50 or more MB attachment size
-10 or more email accounts (unlimited preferred)
-Easy to use control panel
-Ability to use MS Exchange server to access email on the go (optional)

You should really invest in a domain name and hosting at a hosting company like hostgator. Then you can have all the email addresses you want and generally plenty of space.



Free= you get what you pay for, and you run the risk of a free company going away altogether. Not good from a business standpoint.
